I was talking to this girl I just met and she started going on about superstars. I asked her if she was superstar herself and she said she was because she was an elite. The only thing is, she isn't. So I told her that elites have a million views per minute etc etc. And guess what she replied with? That I better shut up and that I was such a wanna-be elite and that of course she was an elite because she had Ellie and a bunch of other people on her best friends list! (Who didn't add her on their best friends list!) Of course she was ruder than this, but I'm not dropping to her standard.
This was just something so unbelievable, that a girl was proud to be an ''elite'' and her best friends that didn't even add her. Sad, huh?

Real life happenings?
Me and my best friends laughing our heads off. But that's same old for us too. Only we laugh at something different everyday. Pretty great, huh?


Gosh, don't I love my best friends! They're so hilarious and sweet. One of my best friends just made a new Stardoll account yesterday: rebie20. Saying this I feel like a granny that's been on SD for 20 years. Only I've been on for... about 2 years.

I had a skyscraper on an old non-superstar account called dkny_clothing. I wanted to sell it so I made a deal to be given 3 giftcodes for it. I used a giftcode I had one to make the account superstar. I was given the 3 giftcodes. I used 2 of them, and they were correct. Now, a week ago, I came to use the 3rd one and it was false! I messaged the giftcode giver about the problem and told her to give me a new one - she had told me to contact her if one didn't work. Look at her reply:



1st LIE: SHE GAVE IT TO ME 3 MONTHS BEFORE NOT 6!
2nd LIE: I DO HAVE MONEY.

You hear many non-superstars complaining about their stardollars, clothes, suites etc because they don't afford anything. And it's true. Non-superstars only have $1 per day if they vertify their mail, and they have to spend it on cheap stuff unless they save up for 2 weeks.
Before, non-superstars could buy various superstar things, and got $20 when they get the right ammount of points. But now it has changed... for the worse!

The picture above (one of my accounts and by the way, I don't have any superstar) has a bed in the room, which is now superstar. The medoll is nothing nice, it's simply plain. You can't even buy makeup! (And, by the way, make-up was available for non-superstars before)
Now, the closets are usually empty and the suites have free things.

For all those who are silly enough to think that I am cheating at the nominations for getting a lot of votes, they are totally wrong.


1. Some of the accounts are superstar (as far as I'm concerned)... Mine isn't even superstar so would I have others?! NO!

2. What competition is it if I cheat? I would feel totally guilty.

3. Just because you users get a lot of votes and I get a little bit less than you, it doesn't mean that I cheated my way to the top.

This upcoming post is dedicated to all those wannabe-elites on SD.

1. THE REASON
Why do you want to be famous on a virtual place? So, you're really desperate for attention, and you get to be a well know ''elite'', is it going to make a difference in real life? N.O.
2. THE PUBLICITY
Being famous for being a great user is a thing. Being famous for being an elite is another thing, way worse. Some desperate users add all the ''elites'' on SD on their best friends' list, even if they don't talk to them, as long as the ''elites'' add them or at least the people know that she's tight with the ''elites''. It's just sad.
3. THE MEDOLL
All the wannabe-SD elites have the same ugly medoll: Short hair, a frown, no colourful clothing and all those things. The ''elites'' are far better then them - love colours and dressing up their medoll.
4. THE CLOTHES
Have you noticed that some people try to wear similar to the ''elites'' they look up to? Why don't they just get their own style, for pete's sake. It disgusts me to see users only wearing... black, for example, because the user they look up to is wearing black.
5. THE CLUBS
The wannabe-elites only join the clubs that their role model is in or those that have to do with fashion. No fun clubs, just fashion. And they might not even like a brand, but they still join the club because their role model is in it.
